Description of Service and
Consent.
When you first log into
the web site, and each subsequent time you use the web site,
you agree to receive communications electronically from
Affiliated Funding. Electronic communication includes but is
not limited to sending, receiving, viewing, saving, and
printing data and information, via email, and via our web
server (“Communication”). Said data and information
include but is not limited to communications pursuant to the
Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X), the
Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley
Act (Privacy Policy Notification), the Equal Credit
Opportunity Act (Regulation B), the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (Regulation C), the
California Real Estate Broker License Disclosure, the
California Fair Lending Notice (the Housing Financial
Discrimination Act of 1977), the California Anti-Coercion
Disclosure Statement, the California Credit Score Disclosure
Notice, the California Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement,
Affiliated Funding’s Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement,
all necessary authorization forms, status reports pertaining
to your loan application, and any other applicable federal,
state or local law, or regulation. If we are required by law
to give you the Communication, upon request, we will provide a
paper copy at no additional cost, except as set forth below.
We reserve the right to provide communications in paper format
in addition to, or instead of, in electronic format. However,
you agree that we are not obligated to provide you with paper
copies of electronic communications.
Withdrawing Consent to
Electronic Delivery.
You can withdraw your consent
to receive electronic communications before you submit your
application for a mortgage loan by not submitting an
application. You may provide us notice that you are no longer
willing to accept Communications electronically; If you wish
to withdraw your consent, you may by do so by calling customer
service at 310-888-8099, or by using our Email Contact Form to
send your request. In the request, you need to provide your name,
phone number, and property address.
Hardware and Software
Requirements.
In order to access and retain the Communications, you will
need a connection to the Internet and you will need to meet
the following hardware and software requirements:

Computer processor (CPU)
Monitor
Modem with ISP access or
direct-dial up accessibility
Printer capable of printing
text screens or a hard drive capable of storing data
Software Requirements
You must use:
Internet browser software
that supports 128-bit encryption such as

version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.0 or
Netscape Navigator® version 6.0 and the ability to either
download (to your hard disk drive or floppy
diskette).
You must also have:
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®
software, so you can view Adobe PDF files, as well as the
ability to print documents on 8.5” x 14” (legal size)
white paper.
