Because it is integrated into Virtual Office Builder, you can instantly send professionally formatted email Announcements to all agents in your built in Contact Manager. Announcements include New Listing, Broker Open, Open House, and Price Reduction.  The announcements can include a link to a Virtual Tour that you created with Virtual Office Builder or from another technology provider.  You can also set up automated confirmations and reminders for your showings by using the Showing Scheduler.  When scheduling the showing, you can set a Listing Survey invitation to automatically go to the other agent at the end of the showing.
